چکیده
This paper proposes a risk-averse strategy for resilience improvement multiyear planning distribution networks against hurricanes, considering the uncertainty of load demand and wind power generation. For enhancement, DG placement line hardening are regarded as measures, rescheduling, topology reconfiguration, microgrid forming, priority-based curtailment considered operational measures. The most conservative scenario is modelling high-impact/low-probability (HILP) event's impacts. Besides, information-gap decision theory (IGDT) utilized to acquire robust solution protected different realization uncertain variables. As loads generation competitively tend maximize their regions particular value budget uncertainty, ?-constraint method applied solve proposed multi-objective IGDT-based resilience-oriented network (RODNP) model. Afterwards, fuzzy decision-making exploited find best among Pareto optimal solutions. implemented on IEEE 33-bus test system, various case studies analyzed demonstrate proficiency approach. results indicate that can optimally schemes achieve resilient in medium-term horizon with yearly limited monetary budget.

Prioritizing Resilience Enhancement Measures for Electric Distribution Networks Against Hurricanes
In recent years, climate change and increasing occurrence rate of high-impact rare (HR) natural events such as hurricanes have made it difficult to supply uninterrupted power to end-user customers. The extensive geographic area of electric distribution networks, as the last ring of the energy supply chain in power systems, has increased the vulnerability of these networks against natural events...

Events with low probability and high impact, which annually cause high damages, seriously threaten the health of the distribution networks. Hence, more attention to the issue of enhancing network resilience and continuity of power supply, feels more than ever, all over the world. In modern distribution networks, because of the increasing presence of distributed generation resources, an alternat...

With the restructuring of power systems, increase of renewable energy sources, and as networks become smarter, power systems are facing new challenges such as uncertainty in available energy resources. An appropriate solution to address these challenges are to use energy storage systems. Therefore, sizing, location, and selection of energy storage systems are important to maximize their benefit...
متن کاملResilience Enhancement of Active Distribution Networks Via Mobile Energy Storage Systems and Protection Coordination Consideration
Owing to the portability and flexibility of mobile energy storage systems (MESSs), they seem to be a promising solution to improve the resilience of the distribution system (DS). So, this paper presents a rolling optimization mechanism for dispatching MESSs and other resources in microgrids in case of a natural disaster occurrence. The proposed mechanism aims to minimize the total system cost b...
متن کاملImproving the resilience of active distribution networks by optimal charging/discharging management of electric vehicles in parking lots
In the event of a severe incident with a high impact and low probability of occurrence, distribution networks may be separated from upstream networks and several feeders may be disconnected simultaneously within the distribution networks. In such circumstances, to maximize the resilience of the distribution networks and to prevent long-term global outages, they are reconfigured and islanded to ...
